Exchange 2003 2007 

We have a cluster Exchange environment with 2 servers in the cluster. We recently migrated from Lotus Notes to Exchange 2003. 
I have to say that the calendar and meeting functionality kind of sucks... 
Can anyone suggest a third party addon which does a better job of resource management for conference rooms and resources ?/

Sorry for the delay in replying, I was away last week.
 
Anyway as suggested you could use the Exchange Resource Manager, but depending on your requirements/budget  you might want to look at the Microsoft Auto Accept Agent (its free from Microsoft ) the agent can be found here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=3d0884e6-c603-491d-bf57-acf03e046bfe&displaylang=en
