Hope you can help, I try to look after a small network of 25 users, we have 1 Windows Server 2003, all the PC's run Windows XP SP2 with Office 2003.
One user is having a problem using the Out of Office Assistant, he can't add any text to it.
I have been told it looks like the users mailbox has an error and would need to use Exmerge????
I have never used Exmerge, I am also worried messing around with the server and causing more problems.
Can someone give me some sound advice how to restore a mailbox when it has an error using Exmerge, what I need to do, what steps I need to take so I can get the users Outlook working properly please?
I have tried to use his profile on another PC but the Out of Office Assistant comes back with the same problem.
