Exchange 2003 2007 

MS-outlook functios very slowly sometimes. We have a Citrix terminal
server environment with XP on clients and Win 2003 on servers. Any tip?
I read somewhere about a file called outcmd.dat that can increase in
size. Does this file exist in term.serv. environment too? I don't find
it.
What happens is when a user wants to delete a message, send an e-mail, it takes several seconds til the message is away deleted/sent. 

MS-outlook 2000 and 2003   --- MSExchange 2000 SP3

Sorry for the late response, I have just returned from Holidays, and did not have good internet access

First I would recommend looking at some performance statistics, network, disk, memory, as well as the resources which the Outlook clients are using.

Does the slow outlook performance happen at random times, or only under certain conditions/times of the day?
