I have a user who uses OWA with Exchange 2007. Two issues I cannot find any answers to:
When creating a new message or replying to a message, the messge format pulldown menu is grayed out, (html, plain text) so all messages get written in HTML. This, even though the default for messages (as set up in the OPTIONs) is set to plain text.
Also, he cannot use the PASTE option in the context menu (right click in the EMAIL body) as that is grayed out as well. He can use PASTE anywhere in the TO:, CC:, SUBJECT: areas.
Now, If I log him in on a different PC, all is well. So it looks to be some setting on his PC.
I had him reset IE back to defaut settings, and clear any browser add-ons, with no change..
Any thoughts?
