We are considering implementing Full-Text Indexing on Exchange Server 2000.
We are aware that this will help performance of searches, but are not sure if doing so will help speed up the return of sorting emails in a particular box, e.g.: a user has 29,000 emails in their Read items and wants to sort alphabetically, or by date. Will indexing help performance in this instance?
