Exchange 2003 2007 

I have just installed the pop3 director on the server and have been testing the pop to put the mail into an exchange users accout. i see the mail come in and see it sitting in the exchange mail box via exchange system manager.. the problem is that it will not download into outlook... what am i missing or what do i not have installed ???

First its probably easier to view if the email is coming into the account using OWA than ESM,, have you made sure that the user account is pop enabled
