With Exchange 2000 if an email was received, and it did not match any of the users, it was placed in a general folder so that an AS could verify/forward it to the correct person. This was done to all emails that matched the domain.
Recently we upgraded to Exchange 2003, and now if an email does not excatly match a user the email will be returned to the sender. How do I setup the general folder so that all of the emails that do not match a user can be placed into a general account.
