I have the following recurring error...

Now here is the thing...
I sent the mail to the users gmail account, not to the users exchange e-mail account.
I have checked that the AD account and Mailbox have been deleted, there is no hidden AD contact, the AD has replicated successfully. I have used adsiedit to check for any left over fragments of the user account etc.
What am I missing
