I understand that Single Instance Store (SIS) is broken when mailboxes are moved from one database from another, however, I have heard from some folks that the messages are reconstituted after maintenance has been run on the receiving server, thereby fixing SIS once again. Is there any truth to this? I'm leaning towards "No" but I'd like t get a more general concensus.
